People Textron Systems has appointed James Dolan to senior vice president and general manager of its Overwatch Geospatial Systems, effective February 1, 2009, following the retirement of current senior vice president and general manager Kirk Brown. Prior to joining Overwatch Geospatial, Dolan was the operations director for General Dynamics-AIS Geospatial Intelligence Systems. Over his 31-year career, he has held leadership positions of significant operational, business development and program management responsibility within several organizations supporting the geospatial intelligence community. Dolan is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a naval intelligence officer in a variety of operational intelligence assignments.   ObjectFX, a geospatial solutions provider that works closely with the federal government, has appointed James Hoffman as senior account executive for intelligence programs, responsible for coordinating all business within the intelligence community. ♦  * Compiled by KMI Media Group staff Back to Top
