Army Brigadier General Brian A. Keller, who has been serving as deputy chief of staff for intelligence, C-2, Multi-National Force- Iraq, has been assigned as military executive, National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency.

Air Force Major General Mark A. Welsh III has been nominated for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general with assignment as associate director of CIA for military support/associate director for military affairs.


The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) has appointed David Arctur as director, interoperability programs, where he plans and manages OGC interoperability initiatives that include testbeds, pilots and experiments.


NJVC, one of the largest information technology solutions providers supporting the Department of Defense, has announced the following appointments: Nick Aleyanis as senior vice president of engineering; Vito DiNapoli as vice president of operations; David Huchette as vice president of business development; and Mary Jo Lampe as vice president of strategic marketing.


Karen Diener, who has more than 20 years intelligence, defense and commercial industry experience focused on imagery and geospatial intelligence, ground stations and commercial product integration, has joined DigitalGlobe as the vice president of business development for the Defense and Intelligence Business Unit. In addition, John Allan has joined the DigitalGlobe London office as the new director of European sales for the Defense and Intelligence Business Unit.


Intermap Technologies, a worldwide 3-D digital mapping company, has hired Richard Eagle as vice president of product strategy. ♦
